Everyone can relate to having to deal with software bugs. All of us probably spend too much wasted time trying to sort through software glitches rather than being productive. eFounders it looking to change all that with its private beta launch of Solved, a new app which connects live, in real-time business collaborators with certified software experts.
Although the BYOD (bring your own device) and remote working trends have helped make businesses both large and small alike more flexible and user-friendly for many, they’ve also brought with them new technological challenges in managing all of these disparate devices, platforms and ways of working. Now the IT department or person within the company is not only less of an expert given these trends, but also less available than before. It was these problems that eFounders and Solved’s cofounders Tom Sales and Jean Baptiste Escoyez were ultimately looking to tackle for SMBs when launching Solved. Elaborating on this point, Sales’ adds:
“I started Solved out of my tendency to be impatient. I’m fighting it on a daily basis and one of my answer to this is to build an on-demand, live help service for others to use!”
The way Solved works is you:
Request. Once you get the app, select the software in question;
Talk. Get live help, training or tutorial from certified experts
Leave. Return to your task at hand.
Solved currently supports 8 software solutions, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, Apple OS X, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics, with 4 additional to be added in the coming weeks.
With a market is expected to reach $25 billion in 2016, launching an on-demand, remote software support solution looks to be a pretty smart move.
